HOW DO I RENT ITEMS FROM TOGATHER EVENTS CO.?

Simply email us using our contact form. We will respond within 48 business hours to learn more about your upcoming event and check on availability of the rentals you’re interested in. All items are rented on a first come, first serve basis.

To reserve rentals for your date, a 50 % deposit is required to secure your items for your special day. The remainder of your balance will be due 14 days prior to your event date or immediately, depending on your event timeline. Payments and contract signatures are completed online through our secure payment processing system.

We are located in Buford, Georgia.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we deliver all over Georgia and surrounding states. We love road trips. We require order minimums depending on your geographic region. Let us know where you are and we will see if we can help!

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS?

Our delivery service includes, delivering, assembling, installing, breaking down and retrieving the rentals. Our crew will place each piece according to your specifications and ensure that everything is suited to your preference before leaving.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

The rental period for each item is 24 hours. If you need it for a longer period, we are happy to work with you to see if we can accommodate your timeline.

WHAT IF I STAIN OR DAMAGE THE RENTAL?

We understand, it happens to the best of us! We include an optional damage waiver on each proposal that covers any normal wear and tear, stains and rips. Our damage waiver is non-refundable and does not cover damage due to neglect such as water damage from rain and morning dew. If an item breaks, we do charge a replacement cost of up to 5 times the rental cost in order to repair or replace the item.

An evaluation will be made within 7 days of retrieval of the item. You will be notified in writing of the lost or damaged items. You will receive photos of the damage(s) (when applicable) and an invoice detailing the repair/replacement cost.
